It already starts on wednesday with workshops, and has two conference days after that. I'll be speaking twice on thursday, in the morning I'll talk about the symfony framework in my myphpbusters talk, and in the afternoon I'll go into refactoring.

You have all the knowledge on the topics you speak about in your head, yet turning that into a useful presentation with a clear slide deck can be a hassle. One solution I recently found to this problem was writing.
